The Estate is a beautiful private facility operated by Carolina Friends in
Charlotte NC. The Estate opened in the fall of 2001 and features an upbeat, friendly, upscale, no pressure atmosphere.
The Estate is open every Friday and Saturday evening unless we are having a hotel based event in Charlotte that evening. The Estate is also open Saturday afternoons during the summer season and on special Sunday afternoon and evenings too!

At our Friday & Saturday Evening Parties you may dance the night away ... or take to the stage and strut your stuff!! Either way, you’ll enjoy the great music provided by the club DJ!!

The Estate features a Billiards Room, Theater Room, three Hot Jacuzzis, two BYOB bars and our extensive and quite comfortable Hospitality Floor. And our heated swimming pool is open during the summer season too!

Saturday Afternoons (in season only) at The Estate feature our clothing optional Heated Pool & Jacuzzis … fun in the sun without the tan lines! The Billiards Room and Hospitality Floor are yours to enjoy
during our Afternoon Pool Parties as well. A free pool side cookout is provided each afternoon too! It’s a private afternoon retreat you’re sure to love!

Normal operating hours are 8 PM to 6 AM Friday Night, 8 PM to 8 AM Saturday
Night. In season, we open at Noon for our afternoon pool parties. When open on
Sundays, we typically follow the Friday schedule.

Couples and single ladies are always welcome at all Estate Parties. A very limited number of single gentlemen are welcome at our Friday evening Estate Parties only.
Advance reservations for single gentlemen are recommended to ensure one's entry.

Typical attendance is 45 to 65 couples or more Friday evening; 125 to 165
couples or more on Saturday evening.

The Estate is nearly 15,000 square feet in size, completely private and just
minutes from downtown Charlotte.

The Estate is open every Friday and Saturday evening except as noted on the club calendar.

Local area hotel rooms are available and free shuttle service to and from local
hotels is provided Saturday evening.
