We value your privacy as we do our own. To help ensure your privacy is always protected, we follow these policies and guidelines in handling your personal information and in hosting our events.

1. We never provide personal information to anyone under any circumstances. Not to friends, new or old. Not to anyone!

2. We do not sell, share or give any club information to anyone under any circumstances. We do not sell addresses or email lists to mass marketers. Your information goes NOWHERE!

3. The information you provide is kept in a secure database that is not accessible to anyone except the two club members who maintain the database. Both members have been with the club since it’s inception and can assure you your information is protected as we would our own. This secure database is NOT kept at club events.

4. Your personal information, such as your full mailing address, telephone number and email address, are NOT included in the information we have at our events. Limited information such as your names are in the check-in computer so we can conduct check in. But your other information is not included, so even if the check-in computer would happen to be stolen, your personal information would not be compromised.

5. All information that may be mailed to your address is sent in plain number 10 white envelopes. The club name does not appear on the envelope. Only the club post office box and a mailing label addressed to you are used. It looks like any other piece of mail you might receive.

6. We provide security at all club events. A bonded and licensed security company whom we have worked with for years provides this service. No one can enter our events without passing through our security checks.

7. All guests at our events must check in at club registration and only those on our Club Roster are able to attend our events. A photo ID must be provided at your first event and upon request thereafter. We thus know all guests at our events.

8. All guests must wear the name tags we provide (first names only are used) to help ensure that only our guests are on the host property.

9. All guests at our events are checked carefully by security before they can enter. We use metal detectors, search all bags and packages and use other electronic surveillance methods to help ensure your privacy. Camera phones and other recording or photographic equipment are not allowed at our events.  We never invade your privacy, but do all we can to ensure no one else does either.

10. We maintain security around the perimeters of our host facilities to ensure we have no unwanted visitors outside.

11. We have a great working relationship with all of our host facilities who work with us to ensure your privacy. Our hosts would not permit anyone not associated with the club to remain on their property.

12. All of our host facilities are situated so it is very easy to maintain privacy from the local roadways and passersby.

Your privacy is a top concern we take very seriously. We have been having events for over ten years and have never had a breach in our security. Nor do we expect too!
