Billiards Room. Sit back with friends and enjoy the XXX shows in the Theater Room. The party continues all night with an entire Hospitality Floor featuring the Nexxus Playroom and both group and private rooms available just a few steps away!
And you can start your party early with some fun in the sun. The Estate Pool and
Pool Bar & Grill will be open Saturday Afternoon for your clothing optional fun!
Pool side loungers are limited, you are welcome to bring your own.

CLOAK (Charlotte Lovers of All Kink)
We welcome the CLOAK organization and their members to The Estate on Saturday,
May 1st for a day and evening of seminars, friendship and fun! All Estate
attendees are welcome to attend any of the CLOAK seminars you may have an
interest in and CLOAK members will be welcome to join us for our afternoon Pool
Party and evening events as well! We've included the schedule of Seminars to be
held in the Nexxus Room, Theater Room and Main Dance Floor areas during the

Bike Ride
You are welcome to join Greg and friends for an early Saturday bike run followed
by an afternoon catching some sun poolside. The ride will be leaving the club around 10:30, making
a couple stops and then heading back around 1:00 to cool off and enjoy the pool party! This will be a total
South Carolina ride with some nice country cruising. There will be some great
give-a-ways to enjoy including party passes, bottles and special CF T-shirts.
Spots will be saved at the pool so not to worry about not having a place when we
get back to the club from the ride. Make sure to be to the club by 10:00 to get
signed up... with no extra cost for bike run!
Season Opening Pool Party
Pool Season has arrived! And we're opening The Estate Pool a little early on
this special Saturday. Join us anytime after 8:30 Saturday Morning for a day in
the sun and complete use of all Estate facilities (the Nexxus Room, Theater Room
and Main Dance Floor will be used exclusively for CLOAK Seminars through 7 PM).
We'll have our special pool side cookout as always from noon till 4 PM with a
special Hot Wings Throw Down competition in the afternoon... so break out your
best wing recipe and let your wings do the talking. Prizes for the best
entries... judging to be held at 3 PM. Make your plans NOW to join is for a lazy
afternoon poolside, work on your overall tan or perhaps some nude volleyball...

Dress to Impress ~ Sexy Attire always welcome! Baggy pants, sweat pants, gym attire, un-tucked T-shirts and hats are NOT permitted. We are an upscale club, please help us keep it that way by dressing accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse anyone from entering the club based on overall appearance and demeanor.
Casual attire is permitted during our afternoon Pool Parties.
Club Member's registration will close at 2 AM on Friday nights and 4 AM Saturday nights. New members will not be admitted after midnight unless advance arrangements have been made. Email us if you need such arrangements.
Ladies attending without a male partner will not be admitted after midnight unless arriving with a member couple.
Enjoy our FREE catered Dinner Buffet and our Late Night Breakfast Buffet both Friday & Saturday nights.
And our FREE Afternoon Cookout at the Saturday afternoon Pool Party. Great food at no additional cost!
Light munchies provided after dinner too! The Estate does not serve nor sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own! Save some money and still have the best party around.
Downstairs at The Estate you'll enjoy a playful, social atmosphere! Upstairs at The Estate (and in the downstairs Theater Room) you'll have an opportunity to explore fantasies in a comfortable and private atmosphere.
The Estate Jacuzzis, Jacuzzi Bar, Heated Pool, Theater Room and entire second floor (before 11 PM) are clothing optional and open for all Estate Parties. After 11 PM, the second floor is designated as No Street Clothing... lingerie, towels we'll provide and nothing at all are welcome! Lockers are available on both the first and second floors.
Rooms are available at a nearby hotel for those interested and free shuttle service is available all
Saturday evening. Neither a hotel room nor reservation is required to attend the party. If you want a room at the nearby hotel, please
contact our reservation service for help!
