About Reservations
- A reservation is recommended if you want to have a hotel room in
conjunction with the party. While we have the entire hotel booked for the
club, hotel rooms are limited and we expect the host hotel to sell out.
Overflow hotel rooms will be available and free shuttle service provided
once the host hotel sells out. Hotel rooms may NOT be available at either
hotel at the event.
- Please be certain to review the Cancellation Policy below.
- Please call our Reservation Service for help with any club
reservation including cancellations and confirmations. Information on how to
contact the Reservation Service will be provided once you are on the club
roster.
- All hotel reservations must be prepaid by credit card or money order.
Rooms may not be available at the time of check in for those who fail to
follow this policy.
- Please check with Club Registration at the host hotel for help with last minute hotel
arrangements (if available).
- While we make every effort to ensure special room requests are
fulfilled, we cannot guarantee this.
- A reservation is NOT needed if you do not want a hotel room
in conjunction with the party!
- The Host Hotel cannot book your reservation for this event as we have
the entire hotel booked for the club and only our Reservation Service can help you
with an advance reservation.

Valentine's Hearts & Tarts Hotel Social Pricing
All prices are per couple or single gentleman (when admitted) and include all
taxes. Ladies attending without a male partner are admitted free. Hotel rates
are subject to change; advance reservations are recommended if one desires a
hotel room. The Charlotte Valentine's Hearts & Tarts Hotel Social includes optional Friday evening
party at The Estate. Prices shown below for Friday and Both Nights are include
Friday night at the hotel and Friday Evening's party at The Estate. Free Shuttle
Service is provided between the host hotel and The Estate on Friday
evening. Please contact our reservation service for help with any club
reservation.

Valentine's Hearts & Tarts Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be billed no more than three weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations after January 23rd will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after January 30th will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after February 6th will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.
We cannot accept cancellations on or after February 10th. Room rates and
availability are subject to change; advance reservations are recommended.
