General Event Information:

• We operate our own facility in Charlotte, NC - The Estate - with parties every Friday and Saturday evening. We also hold hotel based events on a regular basis in the Greenville SC, Greensboro and Raleigh NC and periodically in Charlotte NC too!
• At our events, it's always a no pressure atmosphere where “no” means "no" with no explanations necessary. Couples are free to come as wall flowers or as social butterflies. There is never any pressure to participate in any way!
• Couples attending our events range in age from the twenties to the sixties, with the largest age groups typically represented being those in their thirties and forties! You'll find it to be a socially skilled, attractive, friendly, and normal group of people.
• Event locations and reservation information is provided only to those on the Club Roster. Carolina Friends event dates are posted on the Carolina Friends and  Club Nexxus Event Calendars. Event details can be found via the links provided on this page.
• Those on the Club Roster or who have become Members will find further event details including locations in the Members Area. To receive event details, join our Club Roster or become a Carolina Friends member Now!
• Reservations are recommended if you would like a hotel room in conjunction with any of our events.
• Party door fees and the cost of hotel rooms can be found via the individual event links provided on this page.
• All club events except Charlotte Hotel Couples Conventions are BYOB with mixers, sodas and ice provided. Greensboro, Greenville and Raleigh Hotel events and all events at The Estate in Charlotte are BYOB. At events with a cash bar, state laws do not permit brown bagging where alcohol is being sold. You may brown bag only in our late night party suites and in your own hotel room at these events.

Who May Attend:

• All club events are open to couples and ladies attending alone.
• While most couples attending our events are married, this is not a prerequisite.
• As a courtesy to those couples seeking single gentlemen, a limited number of single gentlemen are welcome at our Friday evening events at The Estate in Charlotte. The policy on such admissions is available via The Estate link above. Reservations for single gentlemen who wish to ensure their entry at these events are recommended.
• Ladies attending without partners are not admitted after midnight to events at The Estate unless arriving with a couple.
• First time attendees are not admitted after midnight unless prior arrangements have been made.  
• You must also be 21 years of age or older to attend our events.
• While everyone is welcome to join and attend our events, we do not tolerate pushy or inebriated people or the use of drugs.
• We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race or creed ... we simply ask that you have some interest in the Lifestyle and insist that you respect the privacy of others. These are our only requirements.

Attire:

• At our events, the typical attire for the ladies is what one would wear out to a night club to very sexy night club attire. Dressy casual attire is typical for the gentlemen. Dress to Impress!
• Baggy pants and hats are not permitted at The Estate. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone in inappropriate attire. 
• Proper attire must be worn in the public portions of our hotel based events. Legal attire is required wherever alcohol is sold.
• Please call or email the club if you have questions concerning attire. We encourage couples to wear what they will feel most comfortable in.
