The Estate is a beautiful facility open which is open exclusively for members of Carolina Friends. The Estate features a upbeat, friendly, upscale, no pressure atmosphere and is open every Friday and Saturday evening unless we are having a hotel based event in Charlotte that evening. The Estate is also open Saturday afternoons during the summer season and on special Sunday afternoon and evenings too! 

At our Friday & Saturday Evening Parties you may dance the night away ... or take to the stage and strut your stuff!! Either way, you’ll enjoy the great music provided by the club DJ!! 

The Estate also features a Billiards Room, Theater Room, three hot Jacuzzis, two BYOB bars and our extensive and quite comfortable Hospitality Floor. And our heated swimming pool is open during the summer season too!

A free hot catered dinner buffet and breakfast buffet is also served both nights! 

You’ll find a sophisticated, comfortable, classy environment with a great group of folks!! All Carolina Friends standards are maintained at the Estate as well.

Dressy casual to sexy attire is the norm; come strut your stuff … we guarantee you a great evening out at our very own private Estate!

Saturday Afternoons (in season only) at The Estate feature our clothing optional Heated Pool & Jacuzzis… fun in sun without the tan lines! The Billiards Room and Hospitality Floor are yours to enjoy each afternoon as well. A free pool side cookout is provided each afternoon too! It’s a private afternoon retreat you’re sure to love! 

Couples and single ladies are always welcome at all Estate Parties. A very limited number of single gentlemen are welcome at our Friday evening Estate Parties only. 

The Estate is open every Friday and Saturday evening except as noted on the club calendar.

Pricing

All prices shown are per couple, taxes included. Special events are priced individually. The rates shown are based on the current hotel rates available. Hotel rates are subject to change. Reservations are not required if you do not wish to have a nearby hotel room. Please call our Reservation Service to make, confirm or cancel hotel and /or party reservations. 

Combination Night Passes must be obtained at the door on the first night attending or by advance reservation only. Ladies attending alone are always admitted free. A local area hotel room may be added at the going rate to any evening. 

Room & Party Pricing includes a nearby hotel room as well as the door fee to the party at The Estate and full use of all Estate facilities. Party only pricing includes the door fee to The Estate and full use of all Estate facilities. 

Free Shuttle Service to and from local hotels is provided for guests at The Estate on Saturday evening. Directions for the designated Club Hotel in use each weekend and on using the free shuttle service are provided by our Reservation Service.
