About Reservations Neither room reservations nor reservations of any kind are needed to join us for any club event…just come to the party! Having your own hotel room at the party makes it even more fun and is what allows us to have the entire hotel exclusively for the club! Advance reservations are recommended if you want a hotel room as the Host Hotel will sell out. Overflow hotel rooms will be available nearby when the Host Hotel sells out. Reservations will be billed three weeks prior to the event. Cancellations after October 5th will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations after October 12th will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations after October 19th will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. We cannot accept cancellations on or after October 24th. Room rates and availability are subject to change; reservations at least three weeks in advance are recommended.
